Pizza Lab and Grill - Bold Fusion Pizzas & Flavorful Grilled Delights in Skokie, IL

My family and I tried the Bihari and Malai Boti pizzas, and both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The Bihari pizza had that rich, smoky, spicy kick that reminded me of authentic Desi style BBQ with tender meat, the right amount of heat, and amazing cheese that tied it all together. The Malai Boti pizza was creamy, flavorful, and super tender, with just the right blend of herbs and spice. You can really tell they use quality ingredients, and the crust was soft on the inside with a nice crisp on the edges. The sauces on the side were a perfect touch too. Overall, Pizza Lab has quickly become one of my top pizza spots in Chicagoland. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves bold, flavorful, and unique fusion pizzas!

So glad I searched pizza on google maps and came across this place before ordering from my usuals(Barnaby’s, Pizza Hut, or Halal Pizza Point). The place is nice and clean. The two guys behind the counter who were probably the owners were really nice and personable. The prices are affordable. Ordered their 14” veggie pizza and wow was it good. The crust was light, soft, yet crispy. The toppings were fresh and the cheese was melted perfectly. They asked if I wanted any sauce drizzled over it and I said whatever is spicy and so drizzled their spicy peri sauce and it definitely didn’t disappoint. That sauce brought the heat! I came home and finished 5 slices in 15 minutes and had to cut myself off cause my mouth was on fire. If you like spice I highly recommend their peri sauce. Definitely will go back again to try their chicken pizzas and their sandwiches.

The pizza was wonderfully spicy, savory, and hearty; each bite packed with bold flavor. Though the restaurant has only been open for about a month and a half, the experience already feels refined and inviting. The owner was exceptionally warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the visit. I highly recommend trying their Atomic Tikka pizza; it’s a standout dish that truly lives up to its name.

Absolutely loved my experience at Pizza Lab! The food was fresh, flavorful, and full of creativity. Just had Shawarma pizza and Atomic wings for dinner. Pizza was interesting and it tasted good. A bit different than other pizzas without tomato sauce. It was slightly chewy but fine. They provided three different types of sauces in the box. Atomic wings with mild peri sauce was solid. Not sure why they provided six sauce containers in total for two flavors for free! A bit overkill but much better than other stores who nickel and dime you for everything. My order pick up time was 20 minutes from maghrib and I still had to pray my asr. With evening traffic, it would have been impossible to get home in time to do asr. Owner was present and he suggested to pray asr in the store which I did. A very nice gesture. Restaurant is in old Papa John's location and it has been opened for less than two weeks. It's carry out only.

Just tried this new pizza place in town and wow. what a great find! The vibe was awesome, the staff were super friendly, and the Meat Overload Pizza was absolutely delicious. Loaded with flavor, perfectly baked, and totally worth the price. Definitely coming back again!
